Bag Dumping Station (also known as manual dumping stations) collects dust generated when dumping powder and bulk solids from bags, boxes, drums, and other containers, and returns the material to the hopper or other machine. The system reduces material waste and eliminates the need to clean a remote dust collection site, while protecting workers and preventing plant contamination.

The basic operation of Bag Dumping Station is:
During operation, the bag is placed on the bag grating. The operator opens the bag and dumps the material through the grate to the discharge hopper below. Dust particles from the bag dumping operation are carried by the air flow into the filter section where the dust particles are collected on the filter element.


Applicable field:
Bag Dumping Station is suitable for small bag material unpacking, putting, screening and unloading in food, additive, lithium battery industry, chemical, metallurgical industry, especially for manual feeding and pre-screening. Due to the action of dust collecting fan, the material dust can be avoided flying everywhere when dumping.
